Terms of service

– All of our decorations with helium or floating balloons last about 9-10 hours. We DO NOT guarantee longer time because it depends on the weather and conditions of the place.

– We are not responsible for any weather changes, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the decoration.
– Once we deliver the decoration and you accept we do not come back for refills. It will now be under your responsibility.
– Please note photos are intended as a reference. Our balloon arrangements are individually handcrafted and are never identical. Substitution may be made at our discretion with the intention to achieve best overall design results
