Refund policy

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on all orders, which means you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your order's pick-up or delivery time and date in order for us to process your cancellation, and only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery date and time will not result in a refund of payment.
• In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be checked to schedule a new date.
